Chapter of the Month
Congratulations East Jackson Middle School !
The East Jackson Middle School FCCLA chapter has really gone “beyond the label” this year. They have participated in monthly community service projects that also assist the National FCCLA Programs. Examples include the student bullying pledge, can food drive, caroling to the elderly, mentoring at the local elementary school, recycling for our school, and helping with the Parent-Teacher-Student Organization. Students also have the opportunity to develop teamwork and leadership skills through monthly student body activities such as attending the corn maze, bowling, attending a UGA basketball game, ice-skating, and many more scheduled trips for the Spring.
