Congratulations Evans High School FCCLA!

This year Evans High School in Evans, GA, has proven they are “Beyond the Label” indeed! The chapter committed to support this year’s national community service project, the Children’s Miracle Network. Since the Medical College of Georgia is a part of the local community, students were especially interested in earning funds for working with children. Nefertiti Williams, chairperson of the community service project, reports that through their Top Turkey Teacher competition the chapter was able to earn and contribute $3,000 to the national project. This is the largest amount the chapter has ever contributed to a charity organization.
