Jeff Davis High School

September 13, 2011, members of the Jeff Davis chapter of FCCLA met and prepared cookies and trays of goodies to take to our local First Responders.  The next day a group delivered the trays to them at the local fire station, police station, sheriff’s department, and EMS station.  Those on the delivery team were Brittany McEachin, Noemi Acuna, Lyric Conaway, Chelsey Davis, and Deja Kates.  These students and the many others who participated in the preparation of the food items wish to express our appreciation for the first responders all over our country.  We all owe a huge debt of gratitude to them and our local first responders who are on call all the time to protect us and our loved ones.
